Closing on my first house and had Miguel Rendón as my agent. He was super helpful and on top of everything and answered every question I had. I had no idea what I was doing so having someone as helpful as him was a must. Super nice and personable, there every step of the way, and now I am getting my dream home. 10/10.

I recently bought a home in Tonawanda, NY, and worked with Carissa as my realtor. She was always quick to respond, which I really appreciated throughout the process. Her knowledge of the local market was helpful and made things feel a bit less overwhelming, especially as a buyer. Overall, I’m glad to have had her support during this important step, and I appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me find a place.

we used this company to buy our house and we Carissa Grisanti as a realtor, every house we went to look at with her she only pick 2 or 3 out of 10 from the house's we liked. When we wanted to put bids on houses we where always told to put higher then what we could afford or higher then the asking price, even when the price of the house was around 150-160k. Then we asked to make sure our mortgage was around 15k and she said she would talk to the lender and work it out. When we got our first payment it was no where in the ball... read more
