I have worked with Debi for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that SEMCO puts their reputation on the line with every home. They go above and beyond to build a quality product, but then take the extra steps to explain the home to the customer. This final step of customer service can not be overlooked. I searched in my home (NOT A SEMCO HOME for a year before finding the water shut off valve. I also had a plumber looking.
