Absolutely phenomenal service. I have a home solutions warranty package. The first company they continued to send out for a problem with my furnace never fixed it! It was an ongoing problem for a few years. They then sent out Michael from Seasonal and it was a night and day difference! He was there for quite some time the first time figuring out what the problem was. When he had to come back he took his time and did what he had to, answered all my questions and figured out I needed another new part which fixed the issue!!! ... read more

Great experience and service! My mom was in immediate need of a new boiler recently. Chrissy was very helpful with financing options. They removed the original working boiler (80 yrs old/400 lbs) due to parts no longer in circulation and installed a new efficient one. The price was reasonable and the work was done consistently on time over a 2-3 days. Tony, Dean and Mark took their time, replaced piping/parts, cleaned up and made sure it was done right! Would definitely recommend!!!

The gentleman was more concerned with the company Christmas party than fixing my hot water heater on a Friday afternoon. Long story short, he came back on Monday and then took out the bad part. He left for hour then came back with sad story on how they didn't have the part. My heater was under warranty so he called and they shipped the part out but I have to pay 30 dollars(Not a problem). Then the home warranty says he is charging 470 dollars for labor and they will only pay 170(1h diagnostic and 1h install). I don't blame... read more

We had to have both our furnace and AC replaced in the middle of a hot spell. At first Seasonal said it would take two weeks, but when I explained my husband is ill, they made it a week. Michael, Dean, and Mark replaced both units very efficiently, and even put up with a million questions from our 4-year-old great-grandson. They left the garage and yard in perfect shape and hauled away all the old stuff. We are very happy with the new Carrier units.

the entire process of replacing my furness and A/C unit went very well ..no delays ..no missing parts or people.. done in a little more than 1 day. .good quality installation.. one thing though,, I asked for a price to replace the pipes in my house and they said they would return and give me an estimate but never did.. but there loss..
