Very nice staff first off!! The park is located on the bay with a fishing pier and lots of shoreline if fishing is a preferred activity. The swimming pool is very nice but is closed all day on Monday’s and half the day on Thursday’s. Laundry room is onsite and there is a club house for events. Staying for a month is really a great value compared to other RV parks in the area. The park is dog friendly and there is a nice sized fenced in dog run to allow your dog to run. Had a wonderful day at the Seabreeze RV resort. I enjoyed the fact that they had a laundry room clean. They had a clubhouse. They had a swimming pool. The grounds were beautiful clean cut office employees were very nice. We would recommend this park to our friends and family. Absolutely.

This place is a hidden gem. We were long term renters and loved it. The staff are extremely pleasant to work with. They care for all of their tenants. The only reason for us moving was because we were ready to make this area home and move into a house. Everyone we met while here I consider both family and friends now. We were welcomed with wide open arms to the community. I highly recommend this place for all your short term and long term needs. It truly was a blessing to be apart of this community.

Park is very clean, check in was easy. I gave 3 stars on service only due to the man that greeted us was pretty rude. We were told we could leave our bike trailer attached and it would be fine. He said we couldn’t and said, “I don’t want to look at it.” Wasn’t like the trailer doesn’t match the motorhome…..nothing was wrong with either. Yet the camper next to us has a window unit hanging out of it which is against rules. Also, power was lost for several hours and no one notified guests that were away from the park. This is a lovely little RV Park right on Nueces bay in Portland Texas. The views are spectacular. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restrooms, pool and laundry are kept squeaky clean. They have a calendar of social events at the park for anyone staying there to enjoy. It is the kind of place I could live if I had the right kind of RV. The only thing that detracts from this place at all is the road leading in is in terrible condition, this falls on the city though and not the park.
