We spent close to two years at Sea Breeze resort before moving closer to work. They became like family. Everyone knows you by name, everyone waves when you drive by. Everyone is friendly. Any issues we ever experienced were resolved promptly. The property is beautiful and the view is amazing. Fishing pier is exclusive to the property. They also have safety monitors that patrol the property at night to ensure that people who do not belong there are asked to leave. This RV Park is extremely nice. The pool is lovely, as are the entire grounds. I'm particularly impressed by the office staff. The ladies I met were very helpful, agreeable, sweet and alwaysgreeted us with smiles. I highly recommend this Park. I'm certain we will be returning. Even though this is not a hotel, I'll answer those relevant to Sea Breeze.

Very strict. Grass not mowed in rv spots. Pool closed on Mondays for no reason. Pool closes at 9 no exceptions. Speed limit is 7 if you go over you will be warned second warning is big fine. Def cater to people who live there. Not kid friendly At all.

Good weekly rates, very clean restrooms and showers, and pet friendly. However, there is no cable, internet is poor, and the pool has odd hours for families. Overall this is a dated but nice park for a coastal getaway.

Absolutely fantastic RV park! Office staff are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Pool, laundry, and clubhouse were very clean and inviting. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely stay again.
