Responded to an offer to try the newest Oticon model and to have my current hearing aides evaluated/adjusted. After the hearing test, I tried the new model "Intent" and the improvements were impressive. I declined the offer of a week home trial and had my current aides updated with the test changes. The visit was thorough and no high pressure sales pitch. I have worn hearing aides for 23 years, and used Sandia for the past six. I would recommend them.

My elderly mom need a gearing test. Caprice was so patient and thorough. The entire staff was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend !!

Left aid stopped working and was able to quickly get it repaired and readjusted. Always a pleasure to visit with the ladies there in Colorado Springs.

Wonderful experience. Nicest staff ever, had a hearing test instead of ear flush since unnecessary. Established a baseline, followup in a year. Knowledgeable specialist, very helpful. Cannot capture in words my satisfaction. I will continue with this company as needed. Far exceeded expectations.
