Responded to an offer to try the newest Oticon model and to have my current hearing aides evaluated/adjusted. After the hearing test, I tried the new model "Intent" and the improvements were impressive. I declined the offer of a week home trial and had my current aides updated with the test changes. The visit was thorough and no high pressure sales pitch. I have worn hearing aides for 23 years, and used Sandia for the past six. I would recommend them.
