St Thomas Veterinary Center is always so welcoming and loving with my pets. Dr. Runk and his team is very compassionate , educated, and they do not seem to be pushy in making you buy the medicines/supplements from them. Definitely would recommend them to others and your pet would be in good hands with him and his team!
It has taken me 3 days to post this. I lost my beautiful pomeranian, Foxy early Friday morning(April 17th). When I handed her off to the employee (name unknown), she went into another room and threw Foxy down like she was a bag of garbage. I know what I heard and I was so distraught that I couldn't think straight, let alone process what I heard. It was the most DISGUSTING and INSENSITIVE thing that I have ever witnessed. I have had really great experiences taking my 3 Catahoula Leopard Dogs here. I believe the vet actually listens really well, as apposed to getting us in and out quickly like I have experienced elsewhere. I have also noticed they seem to take cleanliness very seriously.
I've been a client here for two years now and Dr Ronk and his team have done a great job helping to keep my dogs healthy! They not only alerted me to possible issues, but helped me find multiple solutions for said issue! Would definitely recommend!
Saint Thomas vet treats us so nice, they are thoughtful, my pups are my family and I worry about their health. This office provides excellent care. They care and it shows. They are affordable and they don’t make you wait if it’s an emergency. The first time I went to this office my nico stepped on something and it was infected my old vet was backed up on appts and could not see him they kept telling me to call early the next day I kept calling for about a week.
