I used kings towing (they are also amazing) to have my van towed in to Ryan’s car care. In 2 business days they had my van fixed running better than before. My van was over heating they sent me a list at first of all things I needed to fix some I thought could wait as to them just being general maintenance. They made sure I was aware of what they would be doing and how much it would cost, to keep it in my budget. They didn't do work that could wait a little so they could fix my blower motor so I'd have heat for myself and my granddaughter in this bitter cold. Mike, Anthony and Ryan are always so helpful and kind, and I don't let anyone else touch my car. Their work is always excellent.
They were quick to get my car in, last-minute, without an appointment. They were upfront with pricing and what I should expect from the beginning. Once I actually dropped my vehicle off there for service, they had it done quickly and explained everything to me before even doing any work so I knew what to expect. I to get an oil change, safety inspection, and when I tried to keep my appointment my truck wouldn't start. They were able to give me a phone # for a tow service. I was able to get to the garage. They were still able to start work right away even though I was late for my appointment. As for the truck not starting they checked the battery and the alternator, as was suspected the battery wasn't any good any more, so they cleaned the connectors and replaced the battery.everything is good. came to Ryan’s to get an ID/OD (inspection) for my car. I was frustrated at first, because a few places I went to in Independence were making me schedule an appointment hours out just to get something so simple. I called them and they told me to just come in. I was in and out, and everyone in there were super nice.
