My water heater started leaking during a huge snow storm, I called RT the next morning and within 2 hours someone was at my house fixing the issue. 5 stars isn’t enough!! Fantastic company and wonderful customer service! THANK YOU!!!

Had Andrew from RT out to clear a clog in the basement floor drain. Great guy and a solid technician. Got the problem resolved quickly, cleaned up all the mess, gave me some pointers on future maintenance and helped me move the tv/entertainment center back when finished. Highly recommend.

Honest, professional company! I've used RT Hampton several times since 2013. They are honest, fair and do good work. Recently saved me $10,000 when Roto-Rooter (crooks) tried to tell me I needed a pipe replaced. RT came out an did a honest hydrocleaning of the (nonbroken) pipe and fixed the issue. Don't go anywhere else!

I have used RT Hampton Plumbing to install Canton City Water into my house and to replace a damaged water heater. Both times they have been very professional and have done quality work. The staff has been very friendly and have answered my questions and responded promptly. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
