I have banked with RSNB for over 30 years and they are the only hometown owned bank left in RS and they truly care about their customers! I love the people there from the tellers to the bankers, to the managers and the Board of Directors. Take the time to get to know them as they want to get to know you so they can really be of service!
This bank was great at first, then adding a company to there portfolio OMG, nightmare after nightmare before we had a chance to transfer money for a check that came out early, within a hour of hitting the bank without calling or asking they returned the check and ruined our business from writing a check to this company again. Unprofessional and thank you for ruining this. BTW, we did pay the check and the company also couldn't believe how fast they returned it without notice to us.
