Amazing to work with! Both Mac and Charlie were quick to answer any questions we had. It was my wife and my first time building and they had all the answers. Really made what seemed like a daunting task easier than we thought. If we ever build again we will definitely be going with Roy Talmage.
Roy Talmage builders was an absolute dream to work with on our Custom Home build. From start to finish he and his team were attentive and so helpful with every step of the process. We loved our building experience with Roy Talmage Builders. And after talking with neighbors that used other builders, and some of the issues they experienced, made us even more grateful that Roy Talmage was our builder.
We had a positive experience working with Roy Talmage builders from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent and communication throughout the entire process was great. Most of the subcontractors were professional and great work and in the timeline stayed pretty close to what was originally promised. One thing that was especially appreciated. From what we'd heard before we started the building process, most people did not have good experiences and a lot would not recommend their builder. We had a totally different experience! In fact, we can't wait to do it again (though we love our home). And we will definitely use Roy Talmage Builders.
