Roy Talmage builders was an absolute dream to work with on our Custom Home build. From start to finish he and his team were attentive and so helpful with every step of the process. The communication was excellent and I always felt I was heard and quickly responded to all along the way. We have now been in our house for a few years and I still love every detail. We had a positive experience working with Roy Talmage builders from start to finish. The quality of work was excellent and communication throughout the entire process was great. Most of the subcontractors were professional and great work and in the timeline stayed pretty close to what was originally promised. One thing that was especially appreciated. From what we'd heard before we started the building process, most people did not have good experiences and a lot would not recommend their builder. We had a totally different experience! In fact, we can't wait to do it again (though we love our home). And we will definitely use Roy Talmage Builders. We built a custom home with Roy Talmage and had a great experience. Great communication regarding costs and any changes. Very open to us making changes. Mac would frequently say "it is your house, I would do what you want to do", he was always willing to make sure we were happy with the house, met me at the build whenever I needed and was very communicative in checking on certain details we had chosen at each step in the process. He was fair and does high quality work.
