We had a septic problem on a Sunday. We called about 5 places and Roto rooter was the only company that called us back on Sunday. They had good communication and sent someone out first thing Monday morning. The technicians had to dig in our yard to find the problem. I can’t even tell where they dug. They put everything back how they found it. It was reasonably priced and The guys that came out were professional and friendly. I am so thankful. Thank you. This is a great business. I highly recommend them.

After promising an afternoon service call today, the company did not come out nor did they call to notify me that they would not be coming. After calling to find out the status, I was told "sometimes that's just how things go." Seems like a company this widely-known could do better.

I have called Roto-Rooter twice recently. The first time was for my sump pump making unusual noises. I was sure it would have to be replaced but he was able to repair it easily. The second time was within the last few days. I had a drip in the bathtub and a slow leak in one of the toilet tanks. Two repairmen came and replaced the necessary parts quickly and with minimal disruption. Both times they came the day I called. I am very satisfied and will call them again if needed.
