I came home on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago to find that my septic line from my kitchen had backed up and covered my basement floor in sludge and dirty water. I was having people for dinner. I called Roto-Rooter and Troy came out within the hour to clean my line and my basement. He was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, professional and empathetic to my situation. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and Troy for any plumbing issue that you have.

The plumber that showed up was well-experienced, very kind and sociable, and also equipped with the part that he found I needed as a replacement. He also made sure it was working well, and adjusted in the most optimal way.

Trevor and Larry were fantastice. They came out promptly worked with great efficiency and insured that they had solved our problem by checking out the drain to make sure it was clear several times. I was very favorably impressed. A job very well done with a great attitude.

I was having trouble with a water leak in my incoming line between my water meter and my house. I called several plumbers and the timeframes they gave me were from 3 days to 2 weeks. I called Rotor Rooter and explained my problem. They were at my house within 30 minutes. They diagnosed were the leak was 3 feet under the ground. They had it repaired in 45 minutes. These guys we awesome. I highly recommend them. Thanks

Had a Saturday emergency call to them and they went to great lengths to take care of my issue. Dean was very pleasant and quick to do the repair. Will definitely use them for any other plumbing needs.
