The drivers are the best! Very friendly, accommodating and helpful when needed. I have an elderly neighbor that can't take her garbage to the street and they come down her driveway and get her garbage. It is sad to see when someone retires. They are part of the neighborhood. And you can't forget the office. Once again always friendly and helpful. Thank you!
There home service is reliable and price is fair. Their commercial service however, is subpar and why minus 2 star. They are not there when they say they are. They forget ppl have cameras, so when you say there was no access or was blocked. That is not always the case. I get that working around businesses and such is not easy. But you already have a 100% monopoly on the area. Maybe some better training for those that do commercial access businesses. I have used Roseburg Disposal for many years and I have never had a problem. They make paying my bill easy with auto pay and I appreciate that. Very Pleased with this company.
