Trash pickup is great! The only area that I can see for improvement is in the recycling area. It is very limited on what is accepted. Glass bottles, more types of plastic and clean paper should all be excepted. Many other trash companies allow these items.
Your trucks are right on schedule on time on our delivery date. Getting rid of trash is important; thanks for keeping our city clean!
Drivers are always friendly. Pick up is always on time. Reasonably priced. Business is always polite and friendly when called. Never had a problem with this company. Highly recommended.
Originally inquired about getting a drop box delivered for moving purposes on July 29th. Asked how much notice is needed and original response from them was one day. Then once trying to schedule the drop box and pay the deposit, was told that there was a waiting list and they were unsure if they had a box available, less than a week before our scheduled project. Unfortunately, they are the only company available to use within city limits.
Like many of the other poor reviews.... the actual trash service is great! But the recycling service is horrid. Recycling is a good thing to do and should be promoted. Instead, they don't pick up the whole bin if one carton has a lid on it... if there's milk stains in the cartons... if it's anything other than a milk or water carton.... if there's cans in the bin.... if there's folded cardboard laying under the bin.... one time I did everything right and they still left it with no note for whatever reason....
