Very nice and receptive customer service . I spoke with Julie and she helped set up my appointment and was very helpful! The techs or roofers (not sure what their title is) Seth and Myles, finished assessing my house. They were very friendly and respectful. They seemed very knowledgable and explained in much detail the issue and what needed to be done. So far, I am very satisfied with this company.
Seth Williams from Roof lab was phenomenal. He worked with us from start to finish with a claim and the installation of our roof. His customer service made our experience great. The roof itself was installed quickly and looks great.
I just want to give a shout out to RoofLabs customer service!!! I called and inquired about a roof for my home and I spoke with Julie. She was pleasant when she answered, she introduced herself, she listened, answered my questions and was very polite. Thank you Julie for helping me get through a situation I didn’t really want to do!! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this company and Julie.
They were one of the first companies I called to try and get an estimate for our roof repairs. The first person on the phone was very nice and the second was prompt and nice as well. He came out to the house and looked over everything and said he needed a specialist to come out for a second opinion. Not a problem, was glad to have multiple eyes on it.
