I have not rented from this company yet, however I am very interested. I had the wrong website, and I was able to call, was helped and directed to the correct page, she was also very helpful and explaining when would be the best time for me to apply due my current lease ending date. Very polite and understanding.
This has been the best experience of renting a place. I would recommend looking at there website and waiting until u find the right property for you. From there follow all the steps. It was so fast and easy. Thanks to management for easy transition. I love my house.
I have been with the Rogers Group for for about 12 years. they have been good to work with and always understanding with issues that come up. Any issues that need fixing, they are right there to get the work done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home. I hear a lot of things from people but as for me i know as long as you do what's in your lease, it is good there.
I really liked their system for viewing the house—it made things so simple! But after the viewing, there was no follow-up at all. I left a message and waited over 72 hours with no response. I even called and emailed on the fourth day, and here we are, two weeks later, with still no reply. The communication has been incredibly disappointing.
I left a email after my “negative experience” no response. They only responded before receiving my money and I been calling their office since before putting in an application no one ever answers. They want to look good on the internet and I don’t play that . I will leave a negative review from every email I have if they keep on playing with me 🤣
