Made an appointment for 2pm to get an estimate from Scott the owner which I had to drive 30 min to get to. Received a call from his admin at 1:57 that Scott was over 1.5 hours away and had to reschedule. How unprofessional and inconsiderate can you be? Guy couldn't even call me himself.

We had Scott and his crew out last summer to build a composite deck at one of our rental properties in Brighton. They did excellent work, and we’ve got them designing a custom deck and outdoor kitchen to install this year. Thanks!
