Jenny has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with communication! I was having trouble with reaching anyone, let alone my agent, at my last agency and needed to switch. The positive reviews for this agency were the deciding factor, and they proved themselves beyond that. Jenny found me almost $200 in savings that my last agency told me were not an option. We switched to Robert Hoy Agency when our previous home/car insurance company was going out of business and we had about 30 days to find new insurance. Mary was absolutely fantastic to work with and made the entire process so easy. When we bought a new car and needed to switch cars in the insurance Darlene was super helpful, friendly and again made everything incredibly easy for us. Definitely would recommend.
I have been working with Darlene for many years. She has always been willing to take the time to find me the best insurance for me and the best rate. She is very personable and makes you feel important. She takes the time to understand your needs and also has ideas you might have not even known to ask. You can tell she enjoys her job and helping people understand insurance. I highly recommend her and her agency.
