We switched to Robert Hoy Agency when our previous home/car insurance company was going out of business and we had about 30 days to find new insurance. Mary was absolutely fantastic to work with and made the entire process so easy. When we bought a new car and needed to switch cars in the insurance Darlene was super helpful, friendly and again made everything incredibly easy for us. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve been a customer of Robert J. Hoy Agency for years and have never had anything but positive experiences. I most often work with Mary, and she is always prompt, professional, and extremely helpful with anything that she assists me with. Most recently she helped me with insurance for my new vehicle - her turn around times to all of my questions & requests are always the same day or within 24hrs to ensure nothing is held up. I have been working with Darlene for many years. She has always been willing to take the time to find me the best insurance for me and the best rate. She is very personable and makes you feel important. She takes the time to understand your needs and also has ideas you might have not even known to ask. You can tell she enjoys her job and helping people understand insurance. I highly recommend her and her agency.
