For nearly 40 years, since 1986, we have entrusted all of our insurances with The Hoy Agency. This trust has now extended to our adult children who now have policies with The Hoy Agency. My Ex and I have had homeowners and vehicle insurance through the Hoy Agency for years and when we split up I needed to get my own car insurance and because we were with them for years I contacted them. Darlene at Robert J Hoy Insurance Agency in Broadalbin has been absolutely amazing in getting us through the craziest new/used car purchase in history! She and her colleagues fielded no less than 6 calls throughout our process and they were totally understanding regarding the final deal... which of course happened at 6pm on a Friday!!
