I recently had an emergency tooth ailment a very short time after a major back surgery. Dr Johnson is my regular dentist and it was an off day for him but he got back to me a short time after I left messages on his contact numbers. I met him at his office a short while after we talked about my problem. After an exam with xray's he was able to diagnose my problem while showing great concern of my back procedure. Dr. Johnson is genuinely kind, and calming. I've had ALOT of traumatic dental experiences and he listens to my concerns and takes those traumas into consideration when treating me. It eases my anxiety about dental work. Plus his staff is kind and check on my well being frequently during procedures. They make me feel important and that my fears are valid. Riverview Family Dental has been so wonderful. Dr.Johnson and his team tick all the boxes. Clean, friendly, professional, timely. I feel so lucky to have found them. I didn't think dentists like this existed in this day and age.
Very good experience from check in, to X-rays, hygienist, Dentist, and check out. Everyone was very personable and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Instructions and education I received were clear and concise. Clean, nice office.
