My husband and I rented from them for 3 years. When moving out I left our place move in ready and they are still taking forever to send my deposit check refund out. This place is quick to take your money and slow to give it back even when you do everything they asked. Very inconsiderate people. They truly don’t care.

The management team at River's Edge Property Management-3720 W Hundred Rd., Chester VA 23831 is awesome! I have been a tenant of there's for almost 2 years. My property manager, Wade has been consistent in responding whenever I've called and/or even stopped by. The Chester office has provided me with exceptional customer service. Locked out of property because of a broken lock and the only person answering the emergency line basically told us we're on our own because he's going out of town and we can either wait an undisclosed amount of time for him to call a locksmith or call one ourselves. Excellent apartment with great property management team. With the only hiccup being a broken washing machine that took a while to get replaced due to different maintenance companies everything else was fabulous. I would absolutely live here again and intend on using Wade as my Realtor when I begin looking for a house.
