We couldn't be happier with our new siding! Ridgeline was very easy to work with. Michael Graves was our contact person. He is an excellent communicator. He kept us informed throughout every step of the project and got back to us quickly whenever we had questions. The final cost matched his quote (no hidden fees and was even a little less because they were honest and didn't charge for things that didn't need to be done or materials that weren't needed). Ridgeline did an amazing job on our new roof installation. Justin was awesome—he answered all of our questions and was there on the first day to explain everything clearly. The crew was very careful during cleanup, making sure there were no loose nails and taking great care to protect our plants and yard. We were extremely happy with the customer service and the quick installation. The entire roof was completed within a single day. Highly recommend!
All I can say about Ridgeline Exteriors is positive. As I waited for them to notify me when they would have a crew on site, Matt kept me informed daily on what was happening. When the crew began tear off they discovered there was some questionable work done previously so they repaired that for us and when job was complete, the crew left nothing behind (screws, old shingle pieces etc). Very impressed and most importantly very honest and trustworthy company. Oh yeah, Matt likes coffee also so have some on for him.
Michael Graves and his Crew at Ridgeline did a Phenomenal Job on my roof. I Would recommend them to anyone out there looking for Awesome roofing company!!
A piece of facia blew off my house in a big windstorm. After contacting Ridgeline the crew was out and it was fixed within a week. I recommend Ridgeline to everyone. They are very responsive, easy to work with, provide excellent quality work and answer any questions or concerns you have. I’m not sure if 5 stars is enough!
