We started with Dr. Baloul when my son was about 4 years old. He's now 11. He's in the autism spectrum, for the most part he's usually nervous. Dr.Baloul and her staff are beyond patient and gentle with him. It was a rough start, however he's now able to do xrays , cleaning and pretty much whatever he needs. I highly recommend Revere Pediatric Dentistry, especially if you're child is special needs. Not to mention, the office is pristine.
Front desk asked me to pay the cleaning stating that my daughter maxed out Otherwise they couldn’t check her in. I called the insurance and it turned out still $1100 balance left. I had to wait over 30minutes for the front desk to confirm. Hygienist and dentist are great but management is chaotic. My daughter’s appointment has been rescheduled a few times with nobody calling me to check availability, they just sent messages informing me.
I do not want to leave one star review but their front desk operations is not great. Multiple times i was told they would use my insurance, and submit it. They said I don’t have insurance so i paid upfront so i wouldn’t be held hostage. They are disorganized and are struggling to utilize my dental insurance and are deeply confused. I have come twice for a toddler teeth cleaning and they have struggled to keep their administration in order. I've been taking my son to this dental practice since he was just a year old, and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and truly cares about the kids. At our recent appointment on Friday, the dental assistant, Jamie, was fantastic with my son and did a wonderful job. The dentist was also great, taking the time to explain everything clearly to him. Fast and easy! I took my baby here and even though he fights back, the doctor knew how to perform the oral care gently! 100% recommend!
