Our experience was really a positive one. From sales to installation - very professional and responsive. We would definitely recommend Anderson. And when I say, you get what you pay for, it's very true. We LOVE our windows. It has changed the way we use the rooms in our home.
Renee was incredible from start to finish. The HUGE crew they sent got every window replaced in one day. Prep work protecting our floors and clean up were a 12 out of 10 score.
I am very pleased with my new sliding glass door. Renee was a great sales rep and the installation went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Renewal by Anderson.
We met with Renee and she put together exactly what we wanted. Renee was very professional. We ordered the 29 windows and when they came in we scheduled the install. Renee told us the install team was great and she was right. The team was very efficient and very clean, to the point of cleaning up at the end of each day. The install was very good. The windows are excellent and overall it was an easy experience. They weren’t the least expensive but I don’t think the product or service could have been better.
Renee is kind, knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. Love her!
