Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. Their jewelry is beautiful, their service is exceptional, and the atmosphere always feels warm and personal. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality, honesty, and heart the way they do. I always leave smiling and can’t recommend them enough.

I recently went into Reigning Jewels with a rough idea in my head and no direction. I had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Kelby. I explained my vision and its components and he went to work. He really listened to what I was wanting and let me tell you! He far exceeded my expectations and created an exquisite piece for me. I visited this place for the first time to get so piece repaired. The first person I met was Kelby. He was snobbish and had no customer service skills. If it had not been for Paige, the owners, the repair guy, their smiles, and eye contact, I probably would have gone somewhere else with my 987.57 worth of repairs. I love having a high quality jewelry store in Athens. I love that they listen to what a person likes and desires and they do their best to make it happen.
