I visited this place for the first time to get so piece repaired. The first person I met was Kelby. He was snobbish and had no customer service skills. If it had not been for Paige, the owners, the repair guy, their smiles, and eye contact, I probably would have gone somewhere else with my 987.57 worth of repairs. We discussed and decided on a very beautiful watch for my wife’s Christmas gift. The staff was very helpful and supportive of our decision and needs. We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to go with them. They were very knowledgeable and understood to gravity of the gift for my wife. And the cost was so much better than it could have been. We most definitely will do business again in the near future.

I bought a gold chain in mid December. It was for a diamond pendant. They told me if I had trouble getting diamond on the chain to bring it in and they would tanks the clasp on as to not damage the clasp. I took it in and they just forced it on. This made the clasp hard to take on and off. . I decided it was not what I needed and wanted to trade up for a more substantial chain. I went back to store to do this.
