I've been going to Chris for most of 2021 to increase my range of motion. I had noticed it deteriorating even though I am quite active cycling & working out. My neck and upper back have greatly improved as I've gone from three times a week initially to one now. On the occasions when Chris was unavailable Shea has stepped in and done equally well for me.
