Just moved to Erie and had a dental emergency. Because I am not an existing customer every office I called were not able to accommodate me for weeks. When I called Dr Reichel’s office they actually listened to me and got me in their office in 30 minutes. What a great office and great experience. They have a new customer!!! I’m so grateful that I found Dr. Reichel and his absolutely unbeatable staff 13 years ago. They have taken the best care of my teeth. No dentist in my entire life even compares to them, and I’m retired so that tells you how long I’ve been seeing dentists! Dr. Reichel has come in to treat me once for an emergency on a Saturday.
