Paul came out to fix my (rather rare) furnace last winter when it failed during a week of subzero temperatures. He’s both knowledgeable and incredibly stubborn. He troubleshooted my weird furnace for days - to the point that he pulled it all apart, tested the parts, and reassembled it - and it worked perfectly.
