Fixed the original issue I had and showed me another problem that had led to my complaint. They recommended a couple companies to fix the larger issue. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only reason for 4 star is due to communication on arrival times/ dates.
Made an appointment for a plumber to come by the house at 830am. They called at 830 to reschedule at 4pm. Didn't show up at the new time, didn't call us, and wouldn't return our calls. Ridiculous
$150 charge for a supposed drain clean, that didn’t even make it through one shower. We will not be back and do not recommend. Also, Penny is not a very good at customer service and quite rude.
These guys are great. They helped me with my project immensely
