Martha helped to make a difficult situation more pleasant. My mom left her house in an estate, and we worked through the courts to get the estate cleared. She sold the home in days, and it was such a relief. I would work with her at any time.

If you are considering buying something that Martha has listed, save yourself the extreme headache, and don’t. I realize that her job is to represent her sellers but from a buyer’s perspective she was horrible to work with and made the entire process unnecessarily arduous. She was very rude to our realtor and his team on multiple occasions, unresponsive, demanding and difficult. Martha worked above and beyond our expectations as the realtor for our mom's house. There were so many projects that we did not know where to start and Martha helped to guide us by prioritizing and helping to find contractors to complete the work. Not only did she find contractors, she secured bids and oversaw work performed to make sure that everything was done well and completely.
