I try not to be "Captain Obvious" but for those that actually read reviews and somewhat care about what they reveal; I would invite the sole "single star" reviewer to note that there are a total of 67 reviews...(1) single star "you" and (1) 3 star. To be clear, (65) five stars...out of (67); 97% best rating....really? If you are considering buying something that Martha has listed, save yourself the extreme headache, and don’t. I realize that her job is to represent her sellers but from a buyer’s perspective she was horrible to work with and made the entire process unnecessarily arduous. She was very rude to our realtor and his team on multiple occasions, unresponsive, demanding and difficult. Martha helped to make a difficult situation more pleasant. My mom left her house in an estate, and we worked through the courts to get the estate cleared. She sold the home in days, and it was such a relief. I would work with her at any time.

Martha is amazing she help me beyond measure when other agents in the area told me it wasn't possible to get what I needed out of property. She stepped in got everything done.
