We had Cassandra Floyd from Stillpointe to work on getting our retirement home. We had a lot of hiccups along the way and she was able to navigate them all for us. The builder was very obliging in helping us as well, as we were delayed in selling our home. We are so happy with our choice and the subdivision is filled with wonderful people.
I wouldn't recommend dealing with this agency at all. Will wasn't knowledgeable at all. He told me one thing then come to find out it wasn't won't he informed me at all. I kind of felt scammed. I really regret dealing with this agency. My first time selling a house. I was leaning on his knowledge and expertise to get the best deal possible. I wish I worked with someone else that was willing to fight harder on my behalf. Not convince me whatever the buyer say was always right.
