Fran was a rock star! We contacted her from out of the upper 48 and asked her to help us navigate relocating to TN. She helped educate us on different areas around Nashville. When we first came to TN to look at real estate, Fran tirelessly introduced us to different areas and patiently showed us many homes. First met and worked with Fran Marcou in 2016 when she sold our home and purchase of a new one. She also sold my mother in laws home. We chose Fran as our buyer's agent when we moved from West Tennessee to Sumner County this past year. Fran and her team are awesome - they definitely know what they are doing and are highly respected in their field, incredibly responsive, and consistently helpful. We highly recommend using Fran as either a buyer's or seller's agent.
Fran showed us many properties as we went through a period of were we relocating or not, and never made us feel like we were “a problem customer “. She was a great negotiator with the sellers on our behalf and once contract was made she was very diligent in getting inspections done for us and insured a smooth closing. Highly recommend her!
