Fran was fantastic! She did her research to ensure that we received the best price for our house. Other realtors had priced it incredibly low (sight unseen.) Fran came out to survey the property, saw the potential, and researched the comps getting us about $120,000 more than what other realtors had suggested. I have full confidence in her.
