My name is Ryan Creapeau and I’ve been around residential construction my entire life. I grew up working for my father in the concrete construction trade where he taught me the value of a hard day’s work. Ryan was great to work with and very thorough! As first time home buyers, he explained what was good about various things in our house as well as what could be improved. When he told us what could be improved, he explained what not only what the problem was, but also what it should look like if it were 'normal'. Ryan was awesome! He answered all of my questions, and showed us how to work everything in our new house. He was very responsive and helpful. I also had to bring my 5 year old with to our inspection and he humored all of his questions and was so good with him. Great inspector, cool person.
Ryan was extremely thorough checking all the systems included in the home inspection (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, roof, appliances, and safety features). He arrived early and stayed beyond the projected inspection time (3 hours) to ensure everything got checked. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a home inspection.
I would highly recommend working with Ryan on home inspections and radon testing. He was very quick to respond thru email and was very flexible with setting up a time. Very friendly and professional.
