Ryan was great to work with and very thorough! As first time home buyers, he explained what was good about various things in our house as well as what could be improved. When he told us what could be improved, he explained what not only what the problem was, but also what it should look like if it were 'normal'. Ryan did an amazing job inspecting a home I'm interested in purchasing, not only was he fast at scheduling the inspection itself, but he was also very thorough and spent a lot of time doing the inspection.
