5 Star : My Experience Great to deal with, John was excellent and courteous answered all my questions and worked very hard to get my truck finished, and deal with the insurance company
5 Star : My Experience John gave me an update every week even while at a stand still waiting on parts. I've since it was taken for brakes ive had 2 professionals talked about the perfection of work done making it look like it had never been in an accident. The rave on the paint job of not been able to tell where the new paint & original paint blend. I would recommend to anyone Rays collision can't be matched for professionalism & perfection in the work done.

5 Star : My Experience Victor was a pleasure to work with in getting my truck repaired! It looked brand new when I picked it up and the work was flawless. Victor made sure to keep me informed of the status during the process. He also went above and beyond by making sure I was picked up to get my rental car and also took care of getting it returned when I came to pick up my truck. Thank you so much for such great service!
5 Star : My Experience Getting into a wreck and the repair process is obviously not fun. However, I have to say I had a Good Experience at Ray’s Collision in St Augustine. Victor was my advisor and I was very happy with the service and professionalism. He was responsive and either answered my calls and questions immediately or called me back in a timely manner. 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not sure... The quality of work seemed adequate. However, 6 weeks for a tail gate replacement seems a bit much. I suspect the shop needs to hire additional qualified techs and is struggling to keep up with their current backlog. Had we received a realistic estimate of the time the repair would take, we might have gone somewhere else.
