I've lived at Fox Creek Estates for 3 years and for the most part, have liked my apartment. My complaint is my balcony roof leaks when it rains. It leaks so badly that my 98-year-old mother (who rarely leaves the house ) will try to run back into the house to keep from getting drenched. I've made several requests to have it looked at and repaired. I've taken pictures of the roof while it was raining to show the problem, to no avail.
