I've lived at Fox Creek Estates for 3 years and for the most part, have liked my apartment. My complaint is my balcony roof leaks when it rains. It leaks so badly that my 98-year-old mother (who rarely leaves the house ) will try to run back into the house to keep from getting drenched. I've made several requests to have it looked at and repaired. I've taken pictures of the roof while it was raining to show the problem, to no avail. BE AWARE. Unprofessional and disorganized business practices. I moved out recently and never received back my $500 puppy security deposit that was required when I got my puppy. It was required to pay a $300 nonrefundable fee for the dog and a $500 deposit for a puppy under the age of 1. I emailed the office and they conveniently had records of the $300 NONREFUNDABLE fee but they were "missing" any record of a $500 deposit for the puppy.
