My husband visited the store with my son for him to have a piece of NH craftsmanship for his (our son's) 30th birthday. They were assisted by Jannick who was very pleasant and professional. David picked the NeXus black day/date with stainless band. Jannick fielded their questions and though the owner (Ben) was out of town, she promptly FaceTimed with him so he could assist them. Excellent store and top notch experience. Ben cares about this craft deeply, and it’s extremely evident in any visit you make and the product he provides. He’s the best in the city, especially compared to larger jewelers when it comes to watch repairs and builds. I was blown away by the inventory and service, I brought a friend from out of town in the next day who was equally impressed. 10/10 experience if you’re a watch enthusiast in southern New Hampshire you’re greatly missing out if you haven’t been.
This fantastic watch has secured its place in my daily routine and will continue to Monopolize wrist time for the future ahead. Beautiful sunburst silver dial and Roman numerals, paying homage to an absolute classic in the watch world. My girlfriend and I were extremely impressed with the showroom. It is absolutely immaculate, and the watches are gorgeous. I bought the Rallé sketch. It was the first watch I saw on the website and I loved the design. There's an incredible selection of watches from quartz to automatic. Bernard, the owner, was incredibly nice and genuinely happy to share his incredible passion. I just went in to Rallé Watches to get a watch my father gave me fixed (new band) and check out their selection of watches. They had a lot of bands to look at, a lot of really cool watches, and the owner Ben was super friendly and accommodating. He got me taken care of right away and I planned to go back soon to get a Rallé watch. Highly recommend!
