We hired them because they said that they could move my safe into the basement. They refused once they were on site. They refused to move a sectional sofa into the basement because it wouldn’t fit. My wife and I had to do it ourselves. They didn’t put the boxes into the places that were marked. They just left them in the front room. The second worst issue that I had was that one mover performed an obscene act for the amusement of his coworkers. Quincy Storage and Transfer Co moved my husband and I from Quincy, Illinois to Springfield, Illinois. I had everything packed and ready to be loaded when the crew arrived on time. Starting with the crew lead every one of them introduced themselves to my husband and I and shook our hands. They were all clean and respectfull.
