This is the second time we have used Quincy Storage & Transfer Co. and they are great! Kirt came by the house weeks prior to the move and gave us an estimate on cost for packing, loading and storage. The team showed up on the days as scheduled on time and finished early. Everyone introduced themselves when they got to the house and was friendly. Thank you to Kirt, Danny, Chris, Cristal, Nick, Shane and Noelle for making a stressful time a smooth transition. What a great team!
Such a smooth and seamless move. Kirt was a hero and ensured everything went to plan even in the midst of a historic winter storm and kept all parties connected and on track. Couldn't recommend Quincy Storage & Transfer Co to anyone for local needs or allied vans for long distance
We hired them because they said that they could move my safe into the basement. They refused once they were on site. They refused to move a sectional sofa into the basement because it wouldn’t fit. My wife and I had to do it ourselves. They didn’t put the boxes into the places that were marked. They just left them in the front room. The second worst issue that I had was that one mover performed an obscene act for the amusement of his coworkers. Extremely professional from start to finish! From the quoting process to the confirmation then the actual move. The men were polite, fast-paced, and very respectful of all my belongings. Quincy Storage and Transfer Co moved my husband and I from Quincy, Illinois to Springfield, Illinois. I had everything packed and ready to be loaded when the crew arrived on time. Starting with the crew lead every one of them introduced themselves to my husband and I and shook our hands. They were all clean and respectfull.
