We have been using QCT since December 2017. The experience has been horrible to say the least. It took my child more than two hours to get home a few times last week. The driver passed out street two times and when the kids let her know this had happen they were told that she knew what she was doing. I tried to call the office for five consecutive days and left messages with no reply. Once I finally spoke to representative, she pretty much told me that I was lying. She was incredibly rude. So unhappy with the service.

<p>Horrible. Has absolutely no concern for children. This company should not be relied upon to transport any children. ********** ******schools should be ashamed to be doing business with this company. All management should be replaced!!!!</p> <p>My daughter's bus is supposed to come at8:38. Queen City Transportation is by far the worst bus company I have ever encountered. Not only are the customer service/dispatch representatives rude and incompetent the Driver's are worse. The drivers are constantly late and when they are the children suffer by being left standing in the cold while the bus speeds pass down a residential street!
