I should mention I am a small, family business owner myself and always try seek out similar companies whenever possible. I found Quality TV and was introduced to Michael. He was patient and took the time to go over all our needs upon his initial visit. Their estimate was sent very quickly and was more than reasonable. Just wanted to say how happy we are with Quality TV Smart Home & Security. Alex, Nelson and Mike helped us with our TV service and cell phone service. They work with all the providers so they are not just bias to one company giving us the best pricing and needs for our services. They also handled all the transfers and other stuff we hate doing when having to call an 800 number. Could not recommend them more. Solid company that as there stuff together. My 15 year old audio equipment went out on me recently. Quality TV came to the rescue and set me up with an awesome new system called Sonos that allows me to get amazing sound from my favorite shows and also play music from my phone from the soundbar or my Move speaker. I was nervous because I’m not tech savvy, but their technician Michael set up the system on my phone and explained it to me in great detail which made me super comfortable using it. Have used Quality several times over the years and we are always satisfied with the experience. Had an issue with our TV and they arrived promptly and fixed the problem in no time. We were especially impressed with Brian who arrived promptly, assessed the situation and proceeded to solve the issue quickly.
