In August 2024, Quality Expectations completed the project to change our basement from being unfinished to a livable area. We now have a space where a family member is able to be entirely self-sufficient. The team members all did a professional job. Quality Expectations assisted with the ongoing maintenance of my rental property. They were able to address the needs within a timely manner and never required a call back for a redo. They were professional and knowledgeable.
They came out and installed my lights they were very friendly and they asked me exactly what I wanted done and they accomplished the mission I appreciate them coming out and taking care of us my wife and I can't climb ladders so they took care of that for us I would have them come out and do our lights again next year.
