We previously worked with QCS for a project adding 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms shortly after buying our lake house nearly a decade ago. We had a great experience with that project so we reconnected in late 2024 and much of 2025 for an addition and complete makeover of the kitchen, great room, exterior siding and roof with new windows and another bedroom with bathroom. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! You should consider QCS for your building or renovation needs!

Bob Pack and his crew are amazing! We hired Quality Construction to build a hot tub deck for our rental cabin. They did a fantastic job, completed the job ahead of schedule and under budget. Quality Construction lives up to their name, the deck is solid, beautiful, the crew was friendly and they did a nice job cleaning up the mess when work was complete. I will definitely use Quality Construction for future home improvement projects!
QCS remodeled our Apple Valley lakefront home. Their professionalism is amazing as they gently guided us (novices) through this project with detail to every aspect. Bob Pack's design knowledge helped us make difficult decisions when visualization is not our strength!! The use of an online interactive website allowed us to design our kitchen with his help while we still lived out of the area. He has great ideas! Hire his team...they are the BEST!!
