I had a great experience at Quad City Orthodontics. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which really helped reduce my anxiety. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I never thought I would be this excited and happy about an orthodontist! We live in Monmouth, IL so it was a bit of a drive for us, but I would do it again 10x over. All of the staff, from the front desk to everyone in the back and the sister location in Bettendorf, were absolutely amazing & so friendly! They worked with me on a payment plan that worked for me. All three of our sons have worn aligners monitored by QC Ortho. We had a great experience! Questions were always thoroughly answered. The office runs smoothly, and all smiles are gorgeous!

I love Doctor Richards and Doctor Piepenbrink! They are amazing as are all the girls their office! I choose them over 3 other places I had visited! I would most definitely recommend checking them out!
