After my 92-year old father fell and broke his ankle our family situation moved from 5-days/week companion care to 24/7 licensed care level. I was directed to PAS. From the first phone call to the present PAS gave me confidence in how 24/7 care could be provided and complete assistance in getting the ball rolling. We acquired 24/7 aide services for our 94 yr old Father who had broken his leg back in March. In order for the rehab facility to release him we had to have round the clock care for him. From the initial meeting to currently we have only experienced professionalism and the best customer service possible from the office staff through to the aides. Home Instead is a fabulous home care agency. I have been using them since this summer for in home care for my sister. When she was being discharged, they were able to get someone in the home the next day. The care is exceptional, compassionate and professional. We have worked with Companions, Home Health Aides and Nurses, all wonderful. Lori Myers was easy to work with and fantastic at meeting our needs. I cannot recommend them enough.
