Home Instead is a fabulous home care agency. I have been using them since this summer for in home care for my sister. When she was being discharged, they were able to get someone in the home the next day. The care is exceptional, compassionate and professional. We started working with Home Instead a few weeks ago to help keep my father safe and happy in his apartment until he is able to move to a higher level of care. Unlike other agencies that we called, they were able to come out and meet with us the day we called and started services within 48 hours. We hired aids to support my mother in her recovery from a fall and this service exceeded our expectations. Lorie was friendly, responsive, and helpful in initiating care in a timely manner. She immediately put us at ease during a difficult time. The aids were friendly, compassionate, and professional. The family portal was so helpful to see who was coming and when. We have been with Home Instead for 4 years. The Company is Amazing. Peggy Bullock is my husbands main caregiver since the start and she is nothing short of Outstanding. She is good as gold.
