Update 11/21/2025 I am still trying to get this company to complete the work I paid them to do. I tried to reach out to them many times, but out of the 10 times I reach out I may get one callback. Still working to get them to finish. I had to place a complaint with the SC Dept of Consumer Affairs. They raised the complaint to the business. Have not heard back yet. When our original solar panels failed, my original installer had gone bankrupt. Shaun was recommended by a neighbor, and he absolutely came to our rescue. He worked with the manufacturer to have the panels replaced under warranty. I did have to pay for labor, but that was the agreement with the manufacturer.
