One of the worst agencies I've ever dealt with. Unethical and irresponsible throughout the sale. The broker does not take responsibility for her agents, the agent we used, Freda Sharp, lacked expertise and ethics. Not savvy with technology and was distracted and pushed blame on everyone but herself. Did not follow through on many items during the sale. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for professional services.
The agents at Prime Mountain Properties are professional and do everything they can to help you find the perfect house. I have worked with Ms. Almy to buy and sell three houses. Each time, she has worked very hard to get the best price for the house I was selling and the best deal on the house I was purchasing. I highly recommended Ms. Almy and the other agents at Prime Mountain Properties to anyone buying or selling a house.
Got an arrogant and rude vibe from Annie Maloney when inquiring about a property. Skip this realtor. She doesn't have time to help you!
I unfortunately had the bad experience of dealing with Chris Humme. Would stay as far away as possible.
