Won't be going back here, I got an eye exam and have insurance and they waited until after the exam to tell me they didn't accept my insurance so I had to pay full price, they could've told me before hand. for the follow up contact exam I got there a little early and waited an hour and 15 minutes to spend 5 minutes with the examiner.

I will come back to add more when my son goes in next week. The young lady who made my appointment was amazing. Not being from here I was very concerned about customer service and overall treatment for my baby boy. I think that he’s going to have a good experience if the people are anything like the young lady who made his appointment.
I started going as a kid around 7 or 8 years old when I found out I needed glasses. I had a great experience up until the year or so I have been experiencing horrible customer service and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it.
I have gone to them for years and I always found the entire staff belpful and friendly. I personally question the legitimacy of the more negative comments. Do not let those dissuade you. Price offers great service.
