If you are purchasing your first home, I would not recommend using Luke Bigler from this agency. Initially, he presented himself as professional, trustworthy, and focused on my best interests. Shanda Olmsted is one of the most wonderful people you will ever have the pleasure to work with. She has a guy or gal for just about everything and their name is likely Brian. She is so energetic and excited about what she does and it is thoroughly contagious. If ever there is an error in paperwork, Shanda is on top of it. Shanda is an expert match maker for a new home for the buyer, and to find the right buyer for a seller. As a first time home buyer, I cannot recommend Shanda and Prestige Real Estate enough. Prestige Real Estate and its staff were a TREMENDOUS help to me during the sale of my first home. They answered all my questions and were very responsive to them. They helped me negotiate offers and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Very knowledgeable of the area and the comps and I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Kylie and Luke did a fantastic job getting our home listed and in the purchasing our new home. Being our first time selling, they were always quick to answer any questions we had, taking the stress out of selling. I rolled into town on Friday, made a call to Prestige to see a house at 11am. I saw it and decided it wasn't for me. Looked online, saw a new listing, John and Kylie got me in to see it @11:30 and I asked them to make an offer. They negotiated a winning bid and 6 days later I got the keys and moved in. I had no idea they could do it so quickly and am happy to have had Kylie and John representing me!
