I’ve been renting with Tim for about 2 years now. Always liked going through Tim, because of his genuine nature, reasonable prices, and helpfulness. There have been way too many times i’ve locked myself out of my place and he’s came each time to let me in, most wouldn’t do that. Definitely recommend renting with Tim over any place in town!
If you’re looking to rent you’re literally looking at the right place! imagine having someone that makes it so easy with the process . And as for place it’s such a beautiful place to live so safe & so quiet . Find a house you like? Just contact them you won’t be disappointed at all
This landlord had apartments with black mold and all he did was cut out an area and filled over it. This was when he owned 402 2nd Ave NW. Jamestown ND. When I got pneumonia while working three peoples shifts at s and r truck stop in Jamestown I was living in one of his units at 702 2nd st Ne i was fighting the eviction in court and he deliberately did not show so that he could go to the apartment while i was not there and take whatever he wanted out before i returned. Best property management company in town to work with! Day or night Tim & his team go above and beyond for their tenants. Anytime an issue would arise, Tim always responded to me in a timely fashion, and always resolved any concern I may have had. I can not speak highly enough about him & his professionalism! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Tim Perkins!we are renting 2 properties with him right now, whenever we have problems with the property, he respons very quick And very responsible. I Dont need to wait For along time, And they fixed it right away ! Iam a very satisfied Customer! He didnt talk too much, he just solved all the problem right away very fast!
