It is okay for the short term and works for what we need. Dryer doesn’t work well and laundry room smells of smoke often. Constant loud running and jumping from place above. Didn’t have a microwave, shower doors were caulked shut, stained flooring, ceiling tiles damaged, most repairs seem to be for the temporary and “ jerryrigged” Overall it is okay for temporary means and stays warm but seems overpriced for what it is. That being said premium was easy to work with and were helpful and nice!

Mason at PPM really made the entire renting experience painless no matter what the situation. Mason, one of the people that work here, was easy to work with and got my family and myself into one of their properties in a timely manner. When I got moved in there was some cleaning that had gotten missed, brought it up and they got it taken care of within a couple of days. Haven’t had any issues with getting rent paid or issues with the property. After a major storm came through they sent people out to inspect the house for damage.
