3 summer later we still love our pool. With many choices of who to choose for our pool, it was a hard choice be we are very happy with the end result. To our satisfaction, some things that initially were nit what we expected, they worked hard to fix and did so. The equipment and design, with many custom requests have turned out great. Edit: After posting this review, Rich did reach out and told me that he has a plan to make things right with my pool. I still feel that I have had a really bad experience working with their company, but did end up with a nice, albeit, not fully functional pool. I'll adjust the view up to 3 stars for now at the request of Premier Pools. Writing this review is difficult, but I do feel that I need to warn others against using Premier Pool and Spa. *New update: Although our pool cover not the pool cover box has been installed and completed not have we gotten our money back for those items, we did have a good conversation with Rich about our project and the current status of Premier Pools and Spas of St. George. It has been a dire financial situation for them for a couple years and it seems as though things are turning around bc of them having to be more efficient and honest in their dealings or they would have been forced to close by the state investigators. Premier is a disaster. I will not ever use them again. Every step taken on my pool build was a series of mistakes, excuses and broken promises. We signed our contract with Premier in November of 2022, as of today I still have 1 small item left and I can not get them to complete it or respond to me. We have ended up with a beautiful pool that seems to be functioning correctly so far. The pool looks just like the design we created. Absolutely regrettably the biggest mistake of my life. Not just for myself, but for my friends who used the company as well. Instead of paying subs, they use the $$ to pull new permits for new pools. Then when the subs do not get paid, the subs go after the homeowners who have paid IN FULL to Premier, & put liens on their homes?! It is so disheartening esp when the owner is a good human.
