My experience with Premier was excellent. Kari, who worked with me to get my service scheduled in a very timely manner, provided top-notch customer service. Gage, the technician who came to my house, couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient in resolving the issue with my furnace. Thanks to them, I have a warm house again! Thank you.
Nathan and Henry installed our furnace and did an excellent job. I can't remember the other person helping but they all were extremely professional and helpful. Installation went smooth and they left the shop spotless.
Gage did a wonderful job getting my AC unit running properly. He was very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. He got my AC back running better than it ever has in the 16 years I've lived in my house. Thank you so much for your thorough work and for being so courteous!
I would like to give a shout-out to these guys for doing one heck of a bang up job. These guys were professional and very knowledgeable of their work. I would also like to say remember when using a home warranty company, they are at the mercy of your home warranty and take the bad rap. But once again I would like to take my hat off to these guys.
