Fantastic service all around! They went above and beyond to get out to see us within 24 hours of the service claim. Our technician Gage was professional and friendly and demonstrated a thorough knowledge and capability in what he was doing. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I would like to give a shout-out to these guys for doing one heck of a bang up job. These guys were professional and very knowledgeable of their work. I would also like to say remember when using a home warranty company, they are at the mercy of your home warranty and take the bad rap. But once again I would like to take my hat off to these guys.

Fast service and great pricing. You know what, anyone can say that when things go well, but when there's a problem is when you really find out who's for real. Ended up having a problem with an AC unit that was installed in the fall, when we went to use it in the summer. Just a faulty switch or something in the unit maybe, it happens. We had Premier come out to correct issues after a different contractor replaced our furnace. We wish we had hired Premier from the start as they were super helpful and awesome to work with. Our technician Henry did a great job and will recommend them to friends and family.
