Premier Granite provided the best remodeling experience I have had in a long time. I was able to find my dream Granite color and style for a large outdoor patio all within my budget and very tight timeline. The measure and installation crews were professional and took time and care to work with us as is if it was their home. We are so glad we chose to work with this company. The moment I called and spoke to Jen I knew everything was going to be great. I had waited for almost 20 years to get my counters redone I was desperate for an update and my goodness what a difference the countertops made. I can honestly say that the whole crew at Premier were amazing, especially after I burned my new countertop (Something they had never seen done before) From Jennifer in the office, coordinating and keeping me calm with updates and daily phone calls to Andy and crew who took the time to experiment in the shop and came onsite with a plan and executed the repair to perfection!! I had outstanding experience with this company. I was promptly engaged by staff, everything was explained clearly on what, when and how long. The crew the came out and did an excellent job of templating the cabinets. The install went off without a hitch. The same crew did the installation. From the time I placed the deposit to installation was about two weeks total. The templates on a Wednesday and did the installation on the following Monday. Great Job
Love the customer service! Jenn was wonderful to deal with and the installation was painless and very professionally done. How they managed to provide me with granite that matched my existing country kitchen and maneuvered installation around my brick kitchen range area was amazing! Don’t think twice, use Premier! If they can make it work in an 1850 stone home, they can make it work in yours! Thank you also to Gary Stewart! My hero!
