I had an issue with my auto insurance last week and did not know what needed to be done. Stacey and all of the staff at the office were so helpful and let me know that they would help me take care of the issue. That is why I love doing business in a small place rather than a company that does not know you and care about helping you. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough.

I had been overcharged for auto insurance for years. Stacey took the time to get a couple of quotes for me which ended up significantly reducing the cost I was paying for insurance. I have been so impressed with her customer service and prompt response to all of my questions and concerns as she has gone above and beyond to assist me.

I received a letter in mail from my Insurance company that I was getting an adjustment to my premium. I got the letter 6 days before it was to take effect. I was told to call Stacey Knight with Powell-Barefoot. Stacey took time to look over my policy and give me a quote. I immediately was satisfied with her quote, her prompt response, and her customer service. Don't hesitate, and just be comfortable, give her a call.

I was searching for cheaper insurance and called Stacey Knight and got a quote and it was much lower than what I was paying with my previous insurance company with the same coverage. I got her to quote me homeowners and realized I didn’t have the coverage I thought I had with my previous policy. She got me better coverage for a lower price.
